Payments and Isolino Paycard

Cash payments are not accepted within the campsite, with the exception of the Market, Restaurant and Boutique, which are independently managed.

Isolino Paycard

Upon arrival, you will receive the Isolino Paycard, an electronic card that you can use to make purchases and pay for certain services within the campsite.

The Paycard can be topped up exclusively with cash at the automatic Ricaricredit machines located:

• inside the Jolly Roger Bar
• outside the Supermarket
• at the Neverland Bar

Purchases at the Captain Cook Restaurant, Jolly Roger Bar, Neverland Snack Bar and Market can be paid for using the Isolino Paycard or by debit/credit card.

Beach equipment rentals can only be paid for using the Isolino Paycard.

At departure

Upon departure, any remaining unused balance on the Paycard will be refunded at Reception, open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

You can also return the card on the evening before your departure.

Attached you will find the Paycard instructions and a map showing the locations of the top-up machines.

ATM

There is also an ATM within the campsite, located outside the Market.

Please note that withdrawal fees may apply, according to the conditions set by the bank.
