Useful information for your holiday

On this page you will find some useful information to help you prepare for your stay in one of our accommodations.

Deposit

Upon arrival at the Campsite, a €100/150 deposit will be required, payable in cash.

Bed linen and towels

The following accommodations are equipped with bed linen and towels, with a weekly change:

• Bungalow A, B and C
• Bilo Pool
• Trilo Lago
• Trilo Camping View
• Quadri Camping View
• Maxi a Lago
• Maxi Superior
• Luxury

In all other mobile homes, bed linen and towels are not provided, but they can be hired upon reservation at the following prices:

• €7.00 per towel set
• €8.00 for a single-bed linen set
• €10.00 for a double-bed linen set

Travelling with young children?

If you are travelling with young children, you can hire the following items upon reservation:

• Cot: €3.50 per night
• High chair: €2.50 per night
• Bed safety rail: €1.50 per night

Parking

Your parking space is located next to or close to your accommodation.

A second car is subject to an additional charge of €5.40 / €11,35 per night.

Air conditioning, air cooling and heating

The Bilo Pool, Trilo Lago, Trilo Camping View and Quadri Camping View are equipped with an air cooling and heating system.

All other accommodations are equipped with air conditioning and heating, activated using the climate control card, which is preloaded with 10 hours of use per day.

Please note: when you switch off the air conditioning, remember to remove the card from the reader and keep it at least 1 meter away. Otherwise, the card will continue to deduct hours from your daily allowance.

TV channels

You will also find the list of available TV channels attached.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in our accommodations or anywhere within the Village area.
