Check-in

Pitches: from 12:00 to 22:00
Accommodation: from 16:00/17:00

To facilitate check-out procedures and access to your pitch and/or new accommodation, we kindly ask you not to arrive in the morning, in order to avoid long waiting times and overcrowding in the communal areas.

At check-in, you must present:

• the online check-in form or your booking number;
• the passports or identity cards of all guests;
• the vehicle registration number;
• for guests staying in accommodation, a € 100/€ 150 deposit, payable in cash only.

There is an ATM inside the campsite for cash withdrawals.

Payment

The remaining balance must be paid within two days of arrival, at the cash desk, which is open at the following times:

• 08:00–12:00
• 16:00–19:00

Payment can be made in cash or by credit/debit card. American Express is not accepted.

Check-out

On the day of departure:

• pitches must be vacated between 08:00 and 12:00;
• accommodation must be vacated between 08:00 and 10:00.

For specific instructions regarding check-out from accommodation, please consult the information provided in the attachment.

Guests may remain inside the campsite until 12:00, and no longer.

N.B. If you are staying in accommodation and wish to leave before 08:00, you must arrange a specific procedure with the reception a few days before departure.

In this case, the final cleaning must be paid for. In addition, a pre-authorisation on your credit card is required as a guarantee.
